Thank you for using Hasset! If you’d like to delete your account and remove your data from our systems, please review the information and steps below.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
- Account Termination: Deleting your Hasset account will permanently remove your access, including playlists, saved music, and subscription information.
- Data Removal: Most of your personal data, such as your name, email address, subscription history, and in-app preferences, will be permanently erased from our servers.
- Data Retention: In some cases, Hasset may retain data for legal or security purposes, as required by law, for up to 90 days after account deletion.
How to Request Account Deletion
To delete your account:
- Email us your phone number with a subject ‘Delete My Account‘
- Once we verify your information, you will receive an email with a deletion link. Click on the link and follow the instructions to confirm your account deletion.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been successfully deleted.
Important Notes
- Non-Account Data Deletion Option: If you wish to remove certain data without deleting your account, please email support@hasset.org or visit the “Delete Specific Data” section on our settings page.
- Data Processing Time: Your account and associated data will be deleted within 30 days of your request.
